1 Hardest Mission From Every GTA Game Yet.

1 Mission in the GTA Games That You Struggled to Beat In Your Childhood

We Gamers love Rockstar Games for giving us the brilliant video game series Grand Theft Auto. Throughout the years, many children grew up playing some of the earlier games the studio made. For many of us, it was a way to enter the world of video games. We all remember that one GTA game playing either on our own device or with a big brother, these games leave a huge impression on our interest in gaming.

And we also have that one mission from the GTA we played that we spent countless hours trying to get through. For a lot of us, it was because of the age we played that mission that was the main reason for not being able to beat it. But some of the missions are just hard to beat as is, regardless of the age you played it in.

So today we look back at some of the missions from GTA games that we struggled hard to beat. Keep in mind that this list may not feature the mission you found the hardest. We made this list based on our understanding of the games over the years. So feel free to share your opinion on this list in the comments.

GTA 3: S.A.M

GTA 3 is probably the least popular among the other main GTA games. Regardless of this, the game did however pave the way for the iconic games that would come out later. The mission we choose from this game to be considered the toughest is the mission is “S.A.M”.

The mission itself if you say it out loud seems pretty simple. You as Claude are tasked to take out a plane carrying SPANK. To do it you have to make it all the way to the airport in a boat. And when you do get there fighting off cartel members you then have to destroy the plane while it’s flying. Essentially you get only one or two chances to shoot it down with the rocket launcher. Considering you don’t have any launcher with homing missiles, it does get pretty hard to shoot the plane down.

But it doesn’t end there. After you do destroy the plane, you then have to fight a wave of police and it’s not your typical 1-star police. So it does get frustrating if you die after destroying the plane as the mission will fail if you die after that. Overall the mission is not as frustrating as it is hard. So, it can be a pretty hard mission to beat especially when you were young.

GTA: Vice City

I don’t even have to say it. Everyone that has played GTA: Vice City knows what mission deserves to be on this list. Demolition Man is a mission that haunts almost every fan of GTA games. This mission is infamously known for its difficulty and how many people have quit or stopped the game just because of this one mission.

The mission has you( Tommy Vercetty) controlling an RC plane to plant bombs in a construction site that you have to blow up. Sounds pretty simple as you don’t have to do anything by yourself and only have to do things with the RC plane you control. But all issues are in the control of the RC plane. It is really tough to control the plane to maneuver let alone pick up and drop bombs. On top of that, you have to fight people trying to destroy your plane.

The mission is just a big mess of you struggling to do everything to get the mission done while struggling to control the plane properly. It does get annoying at a point where you find yourself not making any progress especially when you played it in your childhood. Because of these reasons, many players found themselves either not being able to progress or some players even deleted the game. The mission’s reputation as one of the toughest missions in the GTA series is fair, to say the least.

GTA: San Andreas: Learning to Fly

GTA San Andreas

One of the most iconic games of this series and one that carved the series to be one of the top games in the gaming world. The game was way too detailed for the time and definitely set a mark stone for other games to beat.

There are a few missions in this game to call the hardest. It will depend on who you ask as different people find different missions hard to beat. Missions like the “Wrong Side of the Track” the Zero missions and some other missions. But the mission we choose is the mission called “Learning to Fly”. As the title says, the mission has you learning to fly as instructed by Mike Toreno. And these missions do not hold back. The flying tutorial quickly escalates and the levels increase in difficulty as you go.

On top of the fact that you probably need to reorganize the controls to get the hang of the flying controls, you have to learn how different planes work. when you do the next level comes up and you need to do it again. After some time it does get easier but the mission is almost unbeatable at first. Of course, you can argue that the zero missions are maybe harder than this one but the fact that Zero missions aren’t compulsory to progress in the game so we didn’t add that one.

GTA 4: No Way on The Subway

GTA 4 deserves much more love than it gets. The game was the next step for the series after San Andreas, and it can be the middleman between GTA: San Andreas and GTA 5.

The mission “No Way on The Subway” in GTA 4 is probably the toughest. chasing missions from GTA games can get pretty hard, and it gets tougher in GTA 4. In the mission you have to follow two guys on a bike through the subway, and keep in mind it is an active subway meaning that trains would come up randomly and it gets harder considering the subway is really dark and can get confusing going through. The mission is more hard than annoying which is not a bad thing for a video game like GTA 4.

Overall the mission can get pretty tough when you consider all the factors affecting the mission. So it can get frustrating at times when you keep failing. But it’s a mission that felt good after you finally beat.

GTA 5 Yoga mission

GTA 5 is one of the best games in the series and is a complete game by a long shot. It still holds up 11 years later. However, the game didn’t have many missions that people would find hard to get through. The game had missions that players would find maybe a little bit tough just for being interesting. If we have to pick one among them, it would be the mission “Did Somebody Say Yoga”.

The mission is really not a typical GTA mission at all. It starts with Michael trying to do Yoga with Amanda and Fabian. The mission really becomes annoying as it’s really hard to do the combinations in order to perform the yoga moves. And on top of all this, there are comments being made by both Amanda and Fabien. The mission really becomes annoying as you’re not doing any cool things to counter the controls you are doing in terms of the Yoga. To add insult to injury Michael becomes enraged and gets thrown by Fabien into his own pool.

So the mission overall is a really hard and annoying one and has to be put on this list.
