Marauder is so goal-obsessed that he almost kills Celebi by electrocuting it with his Spider Machine’s claw. His strength relies on a unique Poke Ball called a Dark Ball, which turns Pokémon evil and more powerful (even if the Pokémon in question already belong to someone else).
9. Lawrence III

Lawrence III is known for his greed and is short-sighted about the consequences of his actions. He is obsessed with the legendary bird Lugia and wants to capture him. To collect them, he captured Moltres with electrical rings, then Zapdos. When Lugia (the Guardian of Sea) appears at the end, Lawrence leaves no stone unturned to catch him (a classic trait of evil). However, Lugia managed to be free from the electric cage using his ultimate attack Aeroblast.

Yveltal is an evil Legendary Pokemon that symbolizes destruction in the life-death cycle. He is a member of Aura Trio and known for weird rumors: whoever wakes this Pokemon will face extreme consequences. Regardless of the rumor, thieves Argus Steel and Millis Steel woke Yveltal from its cocoon. In aggression, he started destroying everything and, further, turned Argus and Millis into stone. If Xerneas did not stop him, surely he would kill everyone.

Movie: Pokémon: Giratina and the Sky Warrior
Zero lives in the reverse world where Pokemon Giratina rules. While understanding the reverse world with Professor Newton, Zero began a project to absorb Giratina’s powers. He intended to use this power to attack the real world of Pokemon. However, when Newton finds that Giratina will die if his power is absorbed, he deleted all his blueprints. However, Zero still managed to get 99.9% of Giratina’s power despite the fact Giratina would die.

Giovanni is the Boss of Team Rocket, poaching every incredible Pokémon as their weapon to continue chaos in the world. He collaborated with a scientist and formed an extraordinary Pokemon, Mewtwo. But Mewtwo left him, so to take revenge on Mewtwo, he almost killed him in Pokemon The First Movie – Mewtwo Strikes Back.

Marcus is another antagonist who seeks the desire for power, and control over time, space, and Arceus. Marcus is so powerful that he defeated not once but twice ( very easily ) the creator of the Pokemon world: Arceus. During the second time, Marcus almost killed Arceus and succeeded in alternating time and space fabric. This attempt caused massive destruction. Moreover, Marcus doesn’t care about the rest of the world.

Lysandre is the Team Leader of Team Flare, who wants to create a perfect world. To him, the current world is full of flaws and weaknesses, so he wants to create a new world using Legendary Pokémon Xerneas and Yveltal, or merging Sundial and the rock. If Squishy wasn’t transformed into Zygarde then it is clear that Lysandre will surely achieve his dream without hesitation.
