Plot Overview

A sequel to their original, “My Spy: The Eternal City” takes up  where the first film left off, with CIA operative JJ, played by Dave Bautista, and his pint-sized partner, Sophie, played by Chloe Coleman, on a new adventure this time in Rome, in a plot that melds high-octane action with sideways-smirking humour.

Returning Characters and New Additions

One of the big returning characters for this sequel is Dave Bautista’s JJ. Now older, much more mature than in the first film – with his tough shell and soft centre for Sophie – this older JJ is way out of his depth in Rome. His performance, as before, will bring much of the action and many of the laughs.
