1. The Lion King (1994)
The Lion King is a timeless narrative of love, loss, and resurrection. Being an animation film, children are able to enjoy and understand a story of a cub called Simba, growing up and becoming the rightful king of the Pride Land.
Being one of Disney’s classics, the film has a simply breathtaking animation, the unforgettable characters, and to top it off, memorable songs that include “Circle of Life” and “Hakuna Matata”.
2. Beauty and the Beast (1991)
As popular as a story can get, this one of Beauty and the Beast makes one appreciate beauty from within. Belle and the Beast’s chemistry is great, and the songs from “Be Our Guest,” to the titular “Beauty and the Beast are enchanting”. In essence, we have romance, humour, and a touch of the fairy tale.
3. Aladdin (1992)
What about the cuteness of the “Aladdin”?This movie takes us on a flying carpet through an enchanted kingdom that is Agrabah. The journey of Aladdin together with a funny Genie as voiced by Robin Williams, means this picture is a perfect combination of comedy, action and a love interest.
And of course, there is always great music such as Alladin’s “A Whole New World” that ends and stays with audiences even after the movie has ended .
4. The Little Mermaid (1989)
Sail the ocean with Ariel, a young mermaid full of curiosity and desire to explore the world above the ocean. “The Little Mermaid” has great songs such as Part ‘of Your World’ and “Under the Sea. ” Ariel’s story of searching for love and an identity makes this movie timeless.
5. Frozen (2013)
The movie “Frozen” became exceedingly popular teaching the world about love and the power of sisterhood. The friendship between Anna and Elsa the movie’s music especially the ‘Let it Go’ makes this an evergreen film. The animation is breathtaking and the story being depicted even to date is touching people’s hearts all over the globe.
6. Cinderella (1950)
Sweet and dreamy like a fairy tale, “Cinderella” just goes to say that no dream is for naught. This movie has been entertaining children and adults for many years because of its amazing story, unforgettable characters, and wonderful animation. Such a transformation when Cinderella goes for the ball is magical Disney at its finest.
7. Toy Story (1995)
“Toy Story” is considered to be the pioneer of the CGI-animated films as it was the first full-length animated movie produced with the help of this technology. The plot of Toy Story revolves around Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and other toys becoming alive and teaches the audience about the values of friendship and loyalty. Its animation and characters keep it fresh and loved by people as one of their favorite movies.
8. Mulan (1998)
The story of Mulan is more deeply rooted within the theme of courage and finding oneself. With determination to replace her father in the Chinese army, Mulan, the protagonist, demonstrates the virtue of courage, the concept of honor and the value of achieving personal identity. “Mulan,” that has a great story with memorable tunes, “Reflection” and “I’ll Make A Man Out of You,” is a true treasure.
9. Peter Pan (1953)
”Peter Pan” is an opportunity to follow the fearless boy, who lives in the world where children stay and never turn into adults. Tales of Peter Pan, Wendy, and the boys, and the notorious Captain Hook constitutes an engrossing flight of fancy. Suddenly, people remember what it was to be a child and how much fun it was.
10. Moana (2016)
It is a beautiful story about finding yourself and going on an adventure all at the same time. Moana sails off to save the island, she learns her purpose of existence and the significance of her lineage. Beauty, music – the songs, including the beautiful “How Far I’ll Go,” strong and assertive main character – “Moana” is a movie of our generation.
