2. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017)

Although the first Guardians of the Galaxy was a real blockbuster, its sequel is all too frequently overlooked. 5. Black Panther (2018)

Although Black Panther was anything but an under-the-radar movie, it finds space here thanks to the impact it made upon the superhero genre, going on to unprecedentedly delve deep into African culture, history, and politics. In fact, it was a very refreshing work from the usual superhero movies. This film is such a film that one is supposed to revisit because of its gripping message and amazing visuals.

6. Doctor Strange (2016)

Doctor Strange offers a visual masterpiece as it unravels the mystical side of the MCU. Benedict Cumberbatch indeed mesmerizes as the sorcerer of the film, and the multiverse concepts it puts forth are a creation of ideas. Astral multiverse is the title of the film; that, therefore, its viewing is different and mind-bending. The spectacular visuals laden in Doctor Strange, combined with Cumberbatch’s charismatic appeal, easily make it one of the most well-rounded movies within the MCU.

7. The Incredible Hulk (2008)

Often forgotten about because it premiered before the MCU was fully realized, The Incredible Hulk is another valuable installment. Edward Norton is a layered, interesting Bruce Banner, with great action sequences in the film. Although it doesn’t have the tight connectivity of later MCU films, the movie still has a very satisfying storyline that is self-contained. The action scenes were great, and Norton did very well.

8. Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019)

Spider-Man: Far From Home is an action-adventure movie, it’s a whole lot of fun, and an excellent opportunity for Tom Holland to prove his charisma and likability as Peter Parker. This film stands out in its exploration of grief and loss, with beautiful location work in Europe. The presence of such a multi-layered villain as Mysterio makes it even more complex, and the usual character development for Peter Parker and his friends is just heart-warmingly relatable for the audience. Far From Home is a must-visit film for all Spider-Man and MCU fans.

9. Iron Man 2 (2010)

While Iron Man 2 suffers under its own cliché and lacks originality compared to its predecessor, it is a sure film introducing new elements to the MCU. In addition, Mickey Rourke’s acting as the Whiplash villain is distinctly noteworthy, and a story of personal struggle adds character depth to Tony Stark.

10. Captain Marvel (2019)

Captain Marvel is groundbreaking in the sense that an all-powerful Carol Danvers arrives in the MCU. Brie Larson is fierce, strong, and fully engaging with the exploration of the film, which generally lingers between issues of female empowerment and the history of the Kree-Skrull War.
