At other times, she loudly screams at the other employees, and even Blitzo, to evidence her strict demeanor. But hidden under that crusty exterior is a personality that has a really simmering, sensitive side, especially to Blitzo.

Despite her cold attitude that makes her stand apart from everybody and rarely interact with any individual, Loona has her few soft, tender seconds that make her popular among fans. Her experiences in the series depict a character struggling to fit into society and, at the same time, struggling with her feelings for the family that she has adopted.

For example, Stola is forgetful at times and has an awkward personality, but he nevertheless cares for Blitzo and his daughter.
